Scanning Tickets

Simple software for ticket scanning

Scan Printed Tickets or Mobile Tickets

IMPORTANT - You should be accessing this page from a mobile device

FOR IPHONE (for android scroll to bottom of page)

STEP 1:
Download the App

Download IOS Scanner Lite App FREE

The Lite version has a popup after every 5 scans asking you to buy the full app (this is the only difference to the full app)

Download IOS Scanner FULL App $5.99

STEP 2:
Once downloaded, exit the app and return to this page

STEP 3:
Click on the Configure Scanner App

Configure IOS Scanner App

The link will cause the downloaded app to open and will ask if you want to overwrite the configuration file

Click the Refresh Icon at the bottom of the screen to refresh and see the new content

Then Click the COG Icon at the bottom of the screen to view the configuration - (this automatically saves the configuration file)

Once completed close the APP and re-open you should then see a Conference Online screen

STEP 4:
Login to App with your username and password as per the Conference Online System

STEP 5;
Choose your event and then click start scanning to start scanning tickets

Once you scan you should always see the details of the client, if you see a white screen please refresh the app and scan again.

FOR ANDROID PHONE

STEP 1:
Download the App

Download Android Scanner App

STEP 2:
Configure the App

Open the app and then Click the COG Icon at the bottom of the screen to view the configuration

Fill in the below information

Set - Server URL for barcode page: http://conferenceonline.com.au/scan

Set - Scan to function to ON

Set - Scan to field to OFF

Set - Beep after a scan to ON

Set - Vibrate after a scan to OFF

Set - Ignore first character in a scan to OFF

Set - Ignore last character in a scan to OFF

Set - Auto lock to ON

Set - Scan button displayed on webpage to ON

Set - Back button displayed on webpage to ON

Set - Forward button displayed on webpage to ON

Set - Reload button displayed on webpage to ON

Set - Reload button loads start page to ON

Set - History button on scanner page to ON

Set - Lock Configuration to OFF

STEP 3:
Click Back and then Click the Refresh Icon at the bottom of the screen

STEP 4:
You can now Login to App with your Conference Online username and password

STEP 5;
Choose your event and then click start scanning to start scanning tickets

Once you scan you should always see the details of the client, if you see a white screen please refresh the app and scan again.
